Scheduling and Access
Customers must provide safe site access, work area readiness, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Delays caused by site access issues may require rescheduling.
Accuracy and Limitations
Scanning and locating are non-destructive investigative methods. Results are based on field conditions and available signals at the time of service. Verification before cutting, coring, or excavation remains the responsibility of the contractor and site team.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed in your quote or invoice. Late or unpaid balances may delay future scheduling.
Liability
Florida Concrete Scanning is not responsible for damages arising from reliance on incomplete, changed, or inaccurate information provided by third parties, or from work performed outside marked/communicated guidance.
